As a result, I've recently commissioned a garden room from Haymac, to replace a large shed which was on its last legs. They were flexible when it came to sorting out the size that would fit in the space available and in the end built it in such a way as to preserve a mature tree which I wanted to keep.
This was a much bigger project, but throughout the same high standards as earlier applied. Haymac levelled the space (dismantling a greenhouse as part of the process) and sorted out the concrete trench foundations. The new building went up quickly and again has been finished to a high standard (within permitted development guidelines too), including painting (which was an extra cost, but well worth it). Their website shows the process well.
I'm very happy with my new room and when the time comes when I need some more joinery work done I won't hesitate to go back.
